We are a privately owned, small animal medical and surgical facility located in Federal Way, WA, just south of Seattle, seeking an associate DVM to join our collaborative five doctor team. This position can be Part-time to Full-time (3-5 days per week), depending on your needs. New or recent graduates are welcome to apply. Our practice philosophy is one of treating all of our client’s pets as we would treat our own pets, and working together (Teamwork makes the dream work!) to provide exemplary care to all of our clients and their pets.
We have an exceptional support staff, including five LVTs to assist you with all of your medical and surgical patient care needs, veterinary medication clerks, veterinary assistants, and veterinary receptionists. We are a paper-lite practice, fully computerized and modern. We have state-of-the-art anesthetic monitoring, infusion pumps, orthopedic equipment, digital radiology, digital dental radiology, and dental machines with fiber optics and high speed drills. We will soon be adding an in-house lab, as well as in-clinic ultrasound and endoscopy.
We offer a generous base salary which can increase dependent on the number of days per week you work. We also pay a % commission on your generated income.
We are also offering a generous $5,000 Signing Bonus or Relocation Bonus to a full time associate: just let us know what you need. We are a small animal out-patient medical and surgical clinic. Salary is calculated on base pay plus percentage of income generated. Benefits include paid holidays, vacation and sick days, medical and dental insurance, state license fees, VIN subscription, AVMA dues, professional liability insurance, and continuing education costs.
