Full-time Practice Manager in Rock Springs, Wyoming

We are looking for a Veterinary Practice Manager who will provide a variety of analytical, evaluative, advisory, coordinating, supervisory and technical functions in support of our hospital.

Primary responsibilities include:

• Personnel management in its entirety
• Financial analysis
• OSHA safety
• Day to day operation of the practice
• Marketing and social media

The ideal candidate will:

• Have experience and training in Human Resources and all aspects of employee management
• Possess excellent communication and leadership skills
• Enjoy leading a team
• Strong problem solving skills and approach challenges head on
• Commitment to client service
• Have marketing and advertising experience

Requirements:

• 3 years of prior management experience; 1 or more years’ experience within the veterinary industry is preferred
• Impromed software experience is preferred
