Two positions are available for emergency work at Veterinary Regional Referral Hospital, pc in the Decatur, Alabama. The facility serves the Tennessee Valley from a central location in Decatur making referral easy for 250 hospitals located in north Alabama, south Tennessee, eastern Mississippi, and a few in Georgia. The emergency service sees clients from north Alabama and south Tennessee. The facility is equipped with a Light Speed CT scanner, ultrasound, digital radiography, endoscopy, and a well trained professional staff. Hours are reasonable including 2 weekend day shifts followed by a break, 5 consecutive night shifts and then 5 days off. Salary is base plus production but a 6 figure income is typical for 2 full time vets. Perks include vacation time, scrubs, retirement program. All other perks are negotiable. The Decatur area and the Tennessee Valley provide excellent living and recreational accommodations. It is a great place to live and raise a family.
Emergency medical experience is preferred.
