Continuing education allowance
Dues and license fees
Full Health Insurance
6 weeks off in first year (1 week PTO, 1 week sick time, 4 weeks off through creative scheduling)
State Veterinary Board License must be in good standing for the state in which they intend to be hired, prior to their start date.
2+ years experience, or proven ability to work independently (preferred)
Surgical experience with spay, neuter, tumor removal, dentistry, etc.
Open to hiring with less experience, based on fit. Must have shown ability to work independently, however mentoring is available.
