If you are seeking the friendliness and personal touch of a neighborhood clinic combined with the best that modern veterinary medicine has to offer, then this is the position for you! All Creatures Veterinary Hospital of Brooklyn is growing quickly and our practice is adding a veterinarian to our team.
Ideal candidates will be internship trained in small animal general practice, be interested in soft-tissue surgery, and have excellent communication skills. We do not practice cookbook medicine, but instead tailor our recommendations to each patient’s needs; strength with client education and compassion are a must. Our clients are trusting us with their beloved companions and we pride ourselves on providing them with the level of care and integrity we would want for ourselves and our own animals.
We strive to create an environment that fosters teamwork, lifelong learning, career interest development, and work-life balance. Exotics experience or acupuncture certification is a plus but not a requirement.
The benefits of our location in this vibrant part of Brooklyn speak for themselves, with proximity to Prospect Park, world class cuisine, and cultural institutions too many to name. We do not see after hours emergencies, and have access to multiple top notch 24 hour emergency/referral facilities. Well equipped with digital radiography including dental and ultrasound, as well as in house lab, multiparameter anesthesia monitoring including capnography, Class IV therapy laser, and more. We offer competitive compensation and a generous benefits package.
