VCA North Country Animal Hospital, located in Watertown, NY is seeking an Associate Veterinarian to add to our wonderful team!!
Our diverse caseload includes: small animal, avian, exotic, zoo and wildlife medicine and surgery.
We have a staff of 40 that includes 8 DVM's, 12 licensed veterinary technicians a certified veterinary practice manager.
Our staff also includes a certified veterinary acupuncturist and a certified ultrasonographer.
We provide many services including orthopedic and soft tissue surgery, advanced pain management, laser therapy and digital radiography.
We are an AAHA certified practice in beautiful northern NY (1 hour north of Syracuse) close to the historic village of Sackets Harbor on Lake Ontario, the St. Lawrence River and the Adirondack Mountains. This area of NY is a great place to raise a family and for outdoor recreation. Our facility is 10,000 sq. feet featuring an Adirondack style 'œgreat room' in the reception area, 6 exam rooms including a consultation/bereavement room, dental suite, extensive in house laboratory, a dual surgical suite, employee lounge, classroom etc. All of our staff has recently become Fear Free Certified.
