Northeast Veterinary Hospital (NEVH) in Cornelia, GA (centrally located to the Mall of Georgia, Athens, Tallulah Falls and Lake Burton) is currently seeking afull and/or part-time associate veterinarian.
NEVH is an AAHA-accredited hospital focused on providing outstanding patient care and offers the latest in treatments and diagnostics including digital dental and whole body radiography, Sonoscape ultrasound, Companion laser therapy, in-house Abaxis bloodwork, iSTAT blood-gas machine, VetPro 1000 dental unit, electroacupuncture, capnography, pulse oximetry, defibrillator, Parks Doppler units, tonopen and physical therapy/rehab equipment.
Senior staff is internship trained and spent over 10 years working alongside boarded specialists in a busy emergency/referral practice. We believe strongly in mentorship, cultivating a positive work environment, daily rounds and continuing education which is conducive towards long-term emotional, academic and financial fulfillment.
