Winslow Animal Hospital is accepting applications for an energetic, highly motivated, and skilled veterinarian to join our healthcare team. We are a progressive, fast-paced small animal hospital located in southern New Jersey, 20 miles from Philadelphia and 40 miles from Atlantic City. Our AAHA-accredited, state -of-the-art 10,500 square foot facility (no boarding or grooming) was featured in the November 2011 issue of Veterinary Economics Magazine.
We are staffed with 7 superb veterinarians with diverse interests and a shared focus on client and team education and wellness care for our patients.
One of our veterinarians is a Certified Veterinary Acupuncturist, and trained in Chinese Herbal Medicine and food therapy.
All of our veterinarians are skilled surgeons and have received extensive training in dentistry, as have our CVT’s. Our dental suite includes 2 Canis Major adjustable wet tables, 2 high/low speed drills, and digital dental x-ray. Two operating rooms equipped with Surgi-Vet monitor and staffed with a veterinary nurse anesthetist and surgical assistant.
Our owner/veterinarian performs many advanced soft tissue and orthopedic procedures and offers his services to local veterinarians on a referral basis.
Our canine rehabilitation center is staffed by a CCRP, and is equipped with therapeutic laser, E-Stim/TENS, pulsed electro-magnetic field bed, and under water treadmill.
Our support staff is heavily leveraged, with a 5:1 staff to doctor ratio, and minimal staff turnover, which allows our doctors to practice medicine.
We value your time off, so all after–hours emergencies are handled by a number of emergency clinics nearby.
