We are seeking a highly-motivated and self directed veterinary recruiter (talent acquisition specialist) to support efforts to attract excellent veterinary professionals to join our small group of veterinary practices located in the greater Los Angeles/San Fernando Valley CA area. You will be sourcing potential employees and representing us to ensure we bring the best to our practice. This position is not remote-based – you will work out of our office in the greater San Fernando Valley area.
Serve as the main point of contact for candidates.
Manage logistics and execution of recruitment events from site selection to catering to event execution
Develop relationships to attract candidates
Support and partner with the management team to develop marketing for recruiting activities including presentations, signage, promotional items etc.
Source qualified candidates, review resumes, and connect candidates to opportunities in a timely manner
Track program metrics and use data for strategic analysis of recruiting events and success
Proactively take the lead on problem solving for program improvements
Must be team player who demonstrates the ability to build strong partnerships with outside partners
Additional Salary Information: Bonus may be part of compensation
We recruit veterinary personnel for veterinary practices, industry, and biotech nationwide. We have been in the veterinary industry for over 30 years with the last 25 in veterinary recruiting.
