VCA Alameda East Veterinary Hospital in Denver, Colorado is seeking a highly experienced Veterinarian to lead our fourteen doctor general practice as the General Practice Medical Director. We are seeking individuals with a strong passion for early detection disease prevention, a high level of patient and client care, unwavering commitment to collaboration and strong emotional intelligence to allow you to work along closely with the Hospital Medical Director, Hospital Director and General Practice Manager. A willingness and desire to be part of a positive and collaborative team is essential as a positive culture is imperative. VCA Alameda East has a well-established reputation and clientele and has recently built a brand-new beautiful, building with almost all new equipment. We treat dogs, cats and some pocket pets depending on the Veterinarians comfort level. We have a great team of Technicians and CSR'™s who strive for a high level of customer service and patient care. Our exceptional team enjoys working in a family-like atmosphere while caring for our well-established clientele and supportive community. Our practice enjoys close relationships with several area shelters along with a commitment to the local community. This is an outstanding opportunity to continue practicing medicine while establishing the direction and medical quality of the hospital like an owner would, but without the risks of ownership. You will be part of a 24 hour hospital, allowing you easy and continual access to emergency care, multi-specialist consultations on a daily basis, CT, MRI and more.
