Looking for flexible hours and the opportunity to practice veterinary medicine in a beautiful practice with a great team? Well, we would love to meet you! We are 2nd Avenue Animal Hospital in Columbus, GA, and our team is looking to expand our services. We are a full-service veterinary facility with a focus on integrative medicine, providing comprehensive healthcare services to pets in Muscogee County and the greater West Central George and East Central Alabama area. Oh, and we are in the process of becoming fear-free certified.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with dogs, cats, and pocket pets
  • Provide routine wellness, dental care, preventative care such as vaccines, flea, tick, and heartworm prevention
  • Perform medical surgeries
  • Provide onsite digital ultrasound, digital x-ray, dental x-ray, and laboratory work
  • Give personal attention to each pet and family

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree, or equivalent, from an accredited university
