Predominantly Small Animal Associate Veterinarian FT/PT

Country Road Veterinary Services is looking to add a predominately small animal associate veterinarian to our team.  Our practice has been a well-established clinic in the community for over 40 years.  It is privately owned which enables associate veterinarians to practice in a way they feel is best for the clients and patients they serve.  We have a wide range of clients including dairy, equine, beef, small ruminants, deer, and companion animals.  We emphasize bovine, equine, and canine reproductive medicine.  Our practice area is concentrated in Wayne and Holmes counties although we do serve clients in surrounding counties.

The new associate will be working with our companion animal clients as this continues to be an expanding area of our practice.  There would also be opportunities to work as a mixed animal veterinarian if that is an interest.  We have digital radiographs, ultrasound machine, TCI endoscope, and in-house progesterone testing.  Due to the wide variety of animals seen within the practice the new associate will have opportunities to focus on areas of interest as well as develop new skills.

This position can be flexible to meet the schedule desired by the applicant.  Either part-time or full-time work can be obtained.  Experienced veterinarians looking for full or part-time work and new graduates with basic diagnostic and surgical skills are encouraged to apply.

We are located in a beautiful rural setting but are within a 45-minute drive of larger cities.  We have excellent school systems and a lower cost of living.
