| Singing River Animal Clinic in Lucedale, MS currently has an opening for a full-time veterinarian. We are a well-staffed clinic with 3 full-time doctors, 1 part-time doctor, 5 receptionists, 7 veterinary nurses, and 4 kennel technicians. We have a beautiful, spacious facility recently built in 2014 occupying 6,000 sq ft of space. We opened our doors as a start-up practice in 2010 and have continued to grow at a record-breaking pace through excellent patient care and client satisfaction. We strive to exceed expectations at every opportunity. We are a mixed animal practice focusing primarily on small animal medicine and surgery. We also do cattle herd work, dystocias, equine power floating, and castrations, as well as small ruminant work. We have many of the latest medical equipment such as IDEXX CBC, Chemistry, and Electrolyte blood analyzers. We have ultrasound, endoscopy, and digital x-ray. We are a paperless clinic utilizing the cloud-based software evetpractice. We perform orthopedic, soft tissue, and routine surgeries including dental procedures. We also perform many advanced bovine and canine reproductive services. Salary and work schedule are negotiable to fit the prospective doctor's needs and skills. The position is open to new graduates and others. We are interested in a veterinarian looking for a long-term position that will facilitate continued growth of the practice.
