To be considered, all candidates must have several years of veterinary technician experience, and be proficient in the following: venipuncture, catheter placement, administering medications, X-rays, intubation, anesthesia monitoring, calculating drug dosages, triaging and assessing patients, assisting in surgery, patient monitoring, CPR, IV/IM injections, medication administration, etc.
