Ethos Veterinary Health is seeking a Program Director for our Ethos Veterinary Emergency Training (E-VET) Program based at Massachusetts Veterinary Referral Hospital in Woburn, MA. The Position The E-VET Program Director is responsible for the management, oversight, and ongoing improvement of the E-VET training program. This includes responsibility for the direct instruction, mentorship, and clinical oversight of E-VET trainees as well as management of other Ethos clinicians involved in mentoring the trainees. The Program Director will collaborate with the VetBloom and Ethos Medical teams to continually develop and grow the program to position it as the premier emergency training program in the industry, preparing graduates for a successful and rewarding career as Ethos emergency clinicians. This will be a hybrid position with some direct clinical responsibilities. The Program The Ethos Veterinary Emergency Training (E-VET) Program The E-VET Program will prepare veterinarians for a sustainable and satisfying career in emergency medicine. Built from the ground up to be different than traditional rotating internship programs, the E-VET program has been developed around a curriculum of core competencies essential for an emergency veterinarian. In addition to providing training around clinical knowledge and skills, the program also includes a focus on client and team member communication, professional skills, and life/work balance.
