Location Cornerstone Veterinary Clinic is located in Lockport, New York. As a city on the Erie Canal, Lockport has 20 different park locations, and plenty of waterside activities to enjoy. We are a quick 30-minute drive to Niagara Falls or Buffalo where you can experience the city nightlife! Practice Overview Cornerstone Veterinary Clinic is an independently owned, small animal clinic. We are a fully serviced AAHA accredited clinic that offers high-quality medicine, dental and surgical procedures, and limited orthopedic surgeries. We are a tight-knit team that provides a warm and welcoming environment for our clients. Furthermore, we believe in transparency, inclusiveness, and the value of each one of our team members. What You’ll Be Working On - Build and maintain client relationships
- Diagnose, treat and manage a variety of small animal cases
- Perform surgical and dental procedures
- Maintain a high level of client communication and patient care
- Guide and utilize exceptional support staff
- Maintain a positive work environment and promote teamwork
Qualifications - Possess a DVM or equivalent degree
- Be licensed or able to be licensed to practice in New York
- Minimum of one year of experience, but new graduates encouraged to apply
- Surgical experience required; ultrasound experience a plus!
- Highly motivated, with a demonstrated passion for building relationships
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organization, time management, and attention to detail
