Easthampton Animal Hospital is a 3-doctor small animal practice located in Easthampton, Ma.  We have a fun, caring and supportive team that provides progressive, high-quality medicine.  We are looking for a full-time hospital manager to both lead and inspire our already amazing team.  Candidate should have prior management/leadership experience, be detail oriented, have great communication skills, advanced computer skills, and most importantly foster a healthy and engaged hospital culture. The Hospital Manager is responsible for the management and coordination of the daily operations of the hospital, including supervision of the staff, and overseeing financial, and human resources processes.

• Must have strong interpersonal skills that include having a positive attitude, creating a strong team morale as well as effective communication and delegation. 
• Be task and detail oriented
• Have knowledge of veterinary software systems
• Manage staff schedules
• Manage Inventory
