Chetek Veterinary Clinic is a privately owned 3 doctor practice in northwest Wisconsin. Our patients are mainly dogs, cats, and horses but we also see a few goats, sheep, pigs, cows, chickens, and rabbits to keep things interesting. Each of our doctors is free to explore and expand their comfort zone and expertise as they desire. New graduates are encouraged to apply. Our doctors have a mix of experience levels which creates a flexible and supportive mentoring atmosphere open to new ideas and techniques. After hours, weekend, and holiday services are shared among doctors, with regional referral hospitals available.

Our veterinarians have a wide assortment of tools available: ultrasound, digital radiology, dental radiology, therapy laser, video endoscopy, video otoscopy, a full lab suite, mobile ultrasound, mobile radiology, and equine power floats. Vehicles are provided for ambulatory calls. Our practice manager and abundant support staff allow our veterinarians to focus on patient tasks. We are currently planning to build a new facility, at our current location, to help us continue growing our clientele and succeed at our mission. The clinic's future is bright and future ownership is a potential.

Compensation will include salary, paid time off, paid maternity/paternity leave, production bonus, CE allowance, professional liability insurance, license fees, membership dues and use of company vehicle.

Northwest Wisconsin is a great place to live and work - lakes, woods, and trails abound. Chetek has a chain of six lakes that offer great fishing and recreation activities. The city is a busy place with frequent community activities and events. Proximity to Eau Claire, Duluth, and Minneapolis allow access to many big city events.
