Parker Veterinary Clinic of Parker, SD is seeking to hire a new associate. We are a two man practice looking to hire a third veterinarian.  The practice is about 75 % Large Animal and then about 25% small animal. The large animal is predominantly beef cow/calf but we are working for a few large dairies.  There are some sheep and a growing presence of goats along with some camelids and horses.  The small animals are mostly dogs and cats.  We have a haul-in facility for cattle that includes a corral under roof and a working area inside with a hydraulic chute and hydraulic tilt table.  We have ultrasound units for reproductive work. The lab has  hematology and blood chemistry machines. We do most routine small animal surgeries and treatments.  Our clients are important to us and any new veterinarian must be willing to communicate with them with honesty and integrity.  Parker is located 25-30 miles southwest of Sioux Falls.  There are plenty of hunting, fishing and other out door recreational opportunities available. A new graduate will receive as much mentoring as needed.  Buy in to the practice is offered to the right person as the older DVM will back away or slow down.
