Broadview Veterinary Group, PLLC is excited to be expanding our team of Associate Veterinarians! Privately-owned and operated, our AAHA accredited hospitals provide full-service small animal general medicine, surgery, theriogenology and urgent care services. We are located between the beautiful White Mountains and scenic coastline of New Hampshire. Our practices have provided quality care with compassion for over 35 years to pet owners of the greater seacoast area.
Why become a Broadview veterinarian?
- We practice excellent medicine and provide superlative service. Our goal is to create an outstanding client experience by providing quality veterinary care with compassion. We place high value on being progressive in our knowledge, techniques, and protocols while maintaining top-notch equipment (electronic cloud-based record system, digital radiography [including dental], therapy laser, ultrasound, endoscopy, laproscopy/arthroscopy, new in-house laboratory). We consistently hold doctor meetings, round on cases, and host continuing education events. We strive to provide comprehensive care for pets throughout their lives and build long term relationships with a family of clients. We believe steady, clear communication is a cornerstone of building trust with clients and among our staff. Our expanding network of hospitals allows us to provide care for our patients 7 days a week.
- We provide a supportive and educational network for our doctors. Our veterinarians enjoy a favorable doctor to staff ratio and a comprehensive mentoring/on-boarding program. We foster a work atmosphere where veterinarians never practice alone, collaborate with other experienced veterinarians and staff on challenging cases. The fast-paced environment and wide breath of service we provide our clients (including routine preventative care for small animals, urgent care services, orthopedic and advanced soft-tissue surgery, internal medicine, exotics, and reproductive medicine) ensures and requires that Broadview veterinarians never stop learning and developing their skills.
- We value work-life balance and offer competitive pay and benefits. We appreciate the importance of maintaining a healthy life outside our work family. Our locations in Milton, Rochester, and Dover provide special opportunities for outdoor enthusiasts who enjoy the ocean and the mountains, yet easy access to Portsmouth, Boston, and Portland. Our doctors enjoy unique schedules that complement personal and family requirements without on-call shifts. Some benefits include: paid vacation and sick days, 401k, paid health insurance with dental and vision options, paid malpractice and disability insurance, paid professional licenses and memberships, and continuing education funding. We are offering a signing bonus to the right experienced candidates.
- Our hospitals are staffed with energetic, hardworking, and experienced individuals. We know it takes a village to maintain a standard of excellence in our hospitals, and that having a knowledgeable and skilled team to assist our doctors is of extreme importance. We staff our hospitals with experienced and skilled Managers, CVT’s, and other talented support staff members. Not only do we invest in the ongoing education of our doctors, but we feel equally passionate about our involvement and investment of the ongoing education and growth of our support staff as well.
We look forward to meeting interested applicants. Both new graduates and experienced veterinarians are encouraged to apply. Interest in our theriogenology services is a plus.
