As an independently owned small animal clinic, we at Rootstown Veterinary Hospital are committed to not only providing excellent care to our patients but also care for our employees. With new opportunities on the rise, we are looking to expand our operations and are seeking a new full or part-time veterinarian. Let us show you what Rootstown Veterinary Hospital can do for you! Never worry about weekly quotas or imposed standardized protocols. We encourage open thinking and give you the freedom to practice veterinary medicine on a case-to-case basis where patient care is the priority. Open 6 days a week and with no emergency hours, we focus on scheduling appointments to get you home on time. Life/work balance is important to us and we want to support a schedule that works for you. If you prefer mornings, afternoons or full days then we can accommodate your needs. Over the years, our rapid growth has led to a fluctuating need for relief veterinarians. As they have moved to other ventures, we have accumulated a list of more than willing references! Contact Dr.firstname.lastname@example.org, Burgimalawn@hotmail.com, Dr.email@example.com and Daisycreekvet@gmail.com to hear about our clinic from outside, independent sources.
We are a newly built facility in a beautiful rural suburb and proudly accredited by the American Animal Hospital Association. Our team is composed of long term RVT's, assistants, receptionists and a fantastic management staff with a ratio of 5-6 staff to each veterinarian. We value the importance of continuing education for all our employees and encourage new ideas for expansion and improvement. We show our employees how they are valued and appreciated with personal time off, company bonuses, holiday parties, yearly company overnight cabin trips and interactive staff meetings where every voice is heard. Our hospital has a large surgery suite with Bionet BM3 monitor including CO2 sensor, Idexx CBC, Chemistry Analyzer and Urinalysis equipment, Dentalaire machine, Midmark dental radiographs, full body digital radiography, tonopen, K-laser therapy, traveling ultrasound and echocardiogram services with analysis from board certified Internal Medicine/Cardiologist and more.
We are looking for a passionate and dedicated person with a good sense of humor that cares about people and their pets. We pride ourselves in preventative medicine, state-of-the-art diagnostics, routine/advanced surgeries, mentorship, and open communication among staff and clients. Our two full time veterinarians have worked together for 8 years and currently work on a rotating schedule of surgery and appointments. With a third veterinarian, we will have a schedule to mentor a new grad or a schedule flexible to meet an experienced veterinarian's needs.
