Petsadena Animal Hospital is currently seeking an experienced veterinarian to join our close-knit medical team in our growing 3-doctor, progressive small animal practice in Pasadena, CA. We are looking for a doctor with a strong interest in providing client education to be able to offer our clients all the options available for their pet’s care. The ideal candidate must possess excellent interpersonal, and organizational skills, a commitment to providing the highest level of client service, the ability to lead by example, and the energy and enthusiasm to continue to grow the practice all while maintaining effective communication at all levels.
Our practice is paperless (Cornerstone) and equipped with digital radiography, digital dental radiography, two ultrasounds, full in-house Idexx lab machines, an electrocautery/vessel sealing unit for surgeries, and a therapeutic K-Laser. We are also proud to offer advanced procedures including gastrointestinal endoscopy, rhinoscopy, and video otoscopy. We provide a highly leveraged and well-trained medical team to assist our doctors in providing their patients with high-quality care.
We offer a 4-day work week. No weekend work. No overnight or on-call hours. We offer a competitive salary (pro-sal) along with an excellent benefits package including healthcare, vision, dental coverage, 401K retirement savings plan with a match, life insurance, long term disability, Employee Assistance Program, DEA license reimbursement, national/state/local veterinary dues reimbursement, and a CE allowance. Salary is dependent on years of experience.
Our ideal candidate would have 2 to 5 years' experience as an associate veterinarian. However, we encourage new graduates to apply as we are happy to provide a mentorship opportunity if needed.
