PAWS Chicago is looking for a veterinarian passionate about animal welfare to join our progressive team, caring for the most vulnerable of animals. Each year PAWS Chicago, a no-kill animal shelter, adopts out over 5,000 animals. The Veterinarian position is a key role at PAWS Chicago, responsible for ensuring the highest quality of care for the animals in our program. Certified veterinary technicians, technicians and assistants are available for support as the Veterinarian treats a variety of infectious diseases, chronic medical diseases and urgent or emergency care. The laboratory is fully equipped including in-house bloodwork machines and PAWS has state-of-the-art digital radiography.
