Each of our veterinarians gets to choose their own assistant and controls their own schedule. Tired of financial euthanasia? Each veterinarian will also have their own fund of up to $117,000 to provide low cost services at their own discretion.

This full-time position with the new non-profit, Petopia, in partnership with Heal House Call Veterinarian, has flexible hours, mentoring, long-term potential, unlimited vacation, and ownership opportunity. The partnership combines a proven business growth strategy of Heal with three years of seed funding from Petopia and other non-profit partners to encourage private practice ownership in resource deserts. At the end of an incubation period, the sustainable practice belongs to the veterinarian. Impact Practices promote diversity and inclusion for veterinarians as well as pet parents while they cure care deserts.
