Family Animal Care in Ottumwa, IA is looking to add another veterinarian to our team! We are a full-service small animal practice with one-of-a-kind clients. Our doctors are supported by a great support staff and together we offer the best quality veterinary medicine. Here we get to see standard wellness and vaccine visits as well as advanced diagnostic and complex surgical cases. Our practice serves as an opportunity for anyone looking to advance a variety of different skills. We welcome DVMs of all experience levels and would be happy to mentor any new graduates!

About the area: The Ottumwa area is filled with so much to do! There are miles of biking/hiking trails, 26 parks with over 600 acres of open land, art galleries, concert venues, shopping outlets, and more. There are all kinds of events taking place year-round such as farmers markets, balloon races, cultural festivals, and barbeques. We are located right along the scenic Des Moines River and offer a little something for everyone!
