We are seeking one or two full or part time Associate Veterinarians to join our very successful DVM owned private practice.  We live in beautiful, sunny, Vero Beach Florida.  It is a wonderful opportunity to live and practice in a place most people just get to visit on a vacation.  The hospital is five minutes from the beaches; lunch at the beach is common.

Highly competitive salary and benefit package based upon a four day workweek.  Well experienced D.V.M.'s can expect $200,000+, however all experience levels welcome. New doctors are provided quality mentoring from seasoned, successful staff.

We have flexibility in our scheduling, and 3 days weekends can be standard.  Fostering quality work-life balance is something all professionals deserve, and we work diligently to make that happen.  Buy-in opportunity if desired.

We have a high quality, well educated support staff available to assist each doctor throughout appointments and surgeries.  We are a highly regarded animal hospital with a very educated clientele allowing us to give premier medical, treatment, and surgical recommendations for our patients, and practice veterinary medicine of the highest quality.  Our clients find us to be extended family members and trust us to be the best advocate for their pets. Our practice philosophy emphasizes quality over quantity.  We have thirty minute appointments as a minimum and spend adequate time communicating our best recommendations to the clients.

We desire DVM's to become proficient in a specialty area of their interest which will be incorporated into the services provided, which contributes to a more fulfilling professional life.  Autonomy of practice is provided within acceptable standard practices.

Our practice has been established for twenty two years. This practice is extremely well equipped with full Idexx lab; Siemens Acuson ultrasound with abdominal and cardiac capabilities; Sedecal DR digital x-ray, Midmark Digital dental x-ray; Avimark software, 10 workstations, 3 Class 4 Lasers, Piezo Wave Vet Machine, Flexible and Rigid endoscopy, Universal 1000 dental station, adjustable dental table, video otoscopes in each exam room, video microscopes, large exam room monitors for x-ray, ultrasound and video microscope demonstrations. Bluetooth patient monitors as well as standard multi-parameter monitors; fully adjustable surgical tables, Canis Major electric lift exam tables with scales in each exam room; three isoflurane anesthesia machines with ventilators, a well-stocked surgical suite and much more. We perform in house processing Stem Cell Treatments as well as PRP.  We have equipment allowing full comprehensive treatments to pets, and welcome new ideas.  Staying updated is high priority.

Vero Beach mixes the best of both worlds, not too small and not too large but still offering beautiful uncrowded beaches and quality outdoor recreation and sports along with all the city’s cultural arts and professional theatres.  Dining is a major attraction.
