AVECCC is looking for a leader who seeks to constantly improve the standards of patient care in all of the medical services with the ultimate goal of improving patient outcomes. They would be responsible for leading the doctors and overseeing the medical services in the ER while promoting an environment of teamwork, compassion, and quality. This position will work closely with the Hospital Manager and Medical Director to achieve hospital goals.
We are interested in speaking with ER DVMs with leadership experience and/or experienced ER DVMs with an interest in a leadership role.
We are an extremely busy 24-hour Emergency and Critical Care Level 1 VECCS Certified hospital, with a big focus on staff training and development. We strive to practice the highest quality of medicine and plan to continue to implement this at our Gilbert location.
