The Animal Hospital at the Shores is seeking an experienced Hospital Manager with phenomenal people skills and a take-charge, lead by example approach to leadership. The person we seek will add to the relationships with the team to encourage a hospital culture based on good communication, high quality patient care, exceptional customer experience, and team development. We strive to create a low stress environment for both people and patients while providing a smooth, profitable operation. We are a modern, paperless veterinary hospital that offers Traditional and Integrative Veterinary Medicine to our canine, feline, and exotic patients.

Oversee training and development of Safety and OSHA Training programs
Maintain DEA and CE compliance

Oversee maintenance, housekeeping standards

Good computer software skills,Avimark practice management software knowledge a plus
Working knowledge of financial reporting, budgets, and ability create & to stay within budgets
Maintain working relationships with vendors
Ability to regularly review and negotiate expenses
