Practice Overview Our client is a full-service, small animal hospital and has been living out its motto of being “Your other family doctor” in its rural community since 1969. Their team takes a collaborative approach and treats not only one another like family but also each patient and their owner too. They are committed to providing top-notch preventative, wellness, and general surgical care to each patient they treat. In 2017, they renovated their hospital to not only expand their space but to update their equipment to be the best on the market too.
What You’ll Be Working On
Build and maintain client relationships
Diagnose, treat, and manage a variety of small animal cases
Perform general wellness exams and surgeries
Maintain a high level of client communication and patient care
Guide and utilize exceptional support staff
Maintain a positive work environment and promote teamwork

Qualifications
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from an accredited school required
Licensed or able to become licensed in the state of Rhode Island
Two years of experience is preferred but new grads encouraged to apply
Proficient in preventative health strategies and general surgery techniques is a PLUS!
Demonstrated passion for the profession with a desire to grow those around you
Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
Team player with the ability to build lasting relationships
