Bergen Passaic Animal Hospital, located in Lodi, NJ is looking for an Associate Veterinarian to join our team! All experience levels are welcome to apply. Our clinic would provide an excellent environment for veterinarians interested in practicing the highest level of medicine and surgery. Our doctors all have varied interests, which we highly encourage and support.

About our clinic: Bergen Passaic is a full-service small animal hospital, offering the gold standard in medical and surgical care. We believe healthy pets make happy people, and we strive to provide high-quality veterinary care for cats and dogs in the Lodi area. 

Our diagnostic equipment includes an in-house laboratory, digital radiography, and ultrasound.  Most importantly, we have phenomenal, experienced support staff who are crucial to the success of patient and client care. 

Our doctors perform a variety of routine and advanced soft tissue surgeries and dentistry. All our patients undergoing anesthesia have per-op lab work and receive an IV catheter, IV fluids, and are carefully monitored and recovered by our skilled surgical technicians.    

Our practice is open Monday – Friday, 9 am to 5 pm and is closed on the weekends. We offer flexible scheduling, have an hour for lunch, and have generous time reserved for writing medical records and for client communication. We can be flexible with scheduling but would ideally like someone open to Saturday rotations. There are no on-call responsibilities. We are in Lodi, NJ right in the heart of Northern NJ, and just across the river from New York City. Bergen Passaic Animal Hospital has a strong client base and has been providing top quality care for patients in the Lodi area since 1976. Lodi is a community that provides excellent schools, strong community, restaurants, and parks. Hop on the train and you can be in New York City in no time!  

Qualifications:

• New Jersey Veterinarian – active and in good standing
• All Experience levels considered
• Ability to work a rotational weekend schedule is preferred
