Willow Creek Veterinary Center, a privately-owned practice located in Berks County, PA is looking for a Full-Time Veterinarian to join our team and continue to deliver our mission: To provide our clients with an exceptional experience filled with compassion and respectful, quality veterinary care. We have been serving our community since 1974 and pride ourselves on providing excellent veterinary care in a compassionate, family-like environment.
Practice Highlights
- Our highly experienced clinical team consists of four full-time and two part-time doctors who are supported by nine Certified Veterinary Technicians, two dedicated full-time Lab Technicians, and five Tech Assistants.
- Our well-established practice is independently owned by Dr. Jose Lucena.
- The Willow Creek staff is a tight-knit team that thrives on collaboration and supporting each other with a bit of fun and laughter thrown in throughout the day.
- Flexible schedules with rotating Saturdays (about once per month), no on call and no overnights.

Opportunities for Growth
- Our doctors are encouraged to explore veterinary interests and because of this we currently offer acupuncture and holistic medicine, a thriving Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation Department which includes an underwater treadmill and laser therapy, as well as poultry and pig medicine with some of our other associates. There is room to grow!
About You
You are a practicing veterinarian, licensed and in good standing in the State of Pennsylvania or able to obtain a license quickly. You are highly motivated and place a high priority on building relationships with our clients and fellow team members. New grads are welcome as are seasoned veterans of the profession.
