Since becoming an Inspire Veterinary Hospital in 2022, we are eager to welcome a Small Animal Associate to join Southern Kern Veterinary Clinic! Our experienced DVMs and support staff will enable and support you to practice quality medicine so you can devote the time you need to make informed decisions and treatment plans. We continuously strive to elevate our level of care to stay competitive and be the center for care that our community can rely on for their pet's health.  

Candidates with an interest in practicing integrative medicine are a plus but not required! The need for these services is present and welcomed in our community. We are equipped to offer holistic treatments such as:  

• Chiropractic Services 
• Veterinary Acupuncture  
• Herbal & Nutritional Therapy 

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS  

• $160k targeted salary range. Compensation negotiable based on credentials and experience. The actual salary offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including skills, qualifications, experience, and location.     
• Salary paid on 21% production; no negative accrual
