VCA takes pride in expanding the growth and skill set of new veterinarians.  We welcome newly graduated veterinarians (and current veterinary students) to apply to this position where they will receive individualized support with our 6-month mentorship program and a collaborative hospital team environment.

Our Location

Our hospital is located in Central Florida. We are near the theme park area and an hour away from both the east and west coast of Florida's beaches.

Buffalo Ridge provide full service veterinary care in this master planned retirement community; The Villages. The Villages is one of the fastest growing communities in the area. The Villages offers nightly entertainment in all of their ‘squares’. Each square has it's very own theme and is surrounded by restaurants and shopping. An A rated charter school system is available for full time employees.  Many neighborhoods exist around the retirement community, making the trip to work an easy drive. The community consists of retirees and their pets are their children.
