LeadER Animal Specialty Hospital is growing rapidly and we are seeking board-certified specialists (or residency-trained professionals), as well as experienced emergency doctors to join our team. We are also in need of the following positions for our current location (Ft. Lauderdale area) and our NEW Palm Beach County location opening in 2024!

We are a privately owned, 24-hour specialty, emergency and referral hospital committed to excellence, compassion, and the highest level of patient care. Our LeadER team is comprised of specialists in surgery, internal medicine, critical care, cardiology, and oncology. We also employ excellently skilled technicians, exceptional customer service representatives, and client liaisons who are responsible for making sure each client feels welcomed and that any concerns they have regarding their loved ones are addressed.
Standard operations include advanced techniques and technology such as total hip replacement, digital radiography, ultrasound, CT scanning, laparoscopy/thoracoscopy/video endoscopy, dialysis, plasmapheresis, radioiodine therapy, mechanical ventilation, as well as 24/7 emergency services with an ICU lead by a board-certified criticalist.
