Full or Part-Time Associate wanted for AAHA certified companion animal practice in Easton, Pa., located in the beautiful Lehigh Valley.   Starting salary of $100,000-$150,000, commensurate with experience, plus production bonus.  Initial signing bonus and relocation expenses.  We also have a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, disability insurance, professional liability insurance, and multiple professional memberships.   The area is within an hour of Philadelphia, New York City, the Jersey Shore, and the Pocono Mountains, while still having the benefits of living in the smaller surrounding communities.

We are a comprehensive medical and surgical facility, video online on our website, located in a modern building with a strong emphasis on ergonomics and sound attenuation.  We have 8 exam rooms which are each outfitted with a Midmark exam lift table, adjacent to a large pharmacy and spacious 4 position treatment room with 3 Midmark Wet Treatment lift tables.  Imaging diagnostics include an IDEXX digital x-ray suite as well as Progeny digital x-ray for dental procedures.  Ultrasound includes a brand-new GE Versana Balance Vet and a mobile Mindray TE7.  Other imaging devices include a Storz endoskope and a MedRX video otoscope.  Multiple Midmark systems for ECG, monitoring blood pressure, respiration, and body temperature, IV pumps with fluid warmers, etc. and a well-qualified nursing staff with years of experience to operate the equipment in a separate surgery suite for soft tissue and orthopedics.  We have an in-house Idexx laboratory with regularly updated equipment as well as daily access to outside reference laboratories.

At Cummings’ there is a strong emphasis on preventative medicine and the veterinary client patient relationship with 30-minute appointments to enhance client education and compliance.  We are close to referral centers right here in the Lehigh Valley as well as Philadelphia and New York for extended workups covering cardiology, oncology, ophthalmology, and surgery.
