We are offering an opportunity to add a third doctor to our small animal practice in rural Baldwin, Wisconsin. We are located in western Wisconsin, just off of I-94 and less than an hour from Minneapolis/St. Paul.
We are an independent veterinary clinic that plans to stay independent. As veterinary medicine becomes more corporate, ownership opportunities are dwindling. This opportunity is for a full time associate with future ownership of a thriving clinic on the table.
We offer a spectrum of care. We are partnered with both an excellent board certified surgeon and an ultrasonographer to help us tackle difficult surgical and medical cases in house. We also have several referral options in the Twin Cities metro area when other specialists are needed. Our two experienced veterinarians have always worked in rural veterinary practice, starting off their careers in mixed animal practice. We have experience knowing when a less expensive treatment path will likely yield a positive result and we understand that not everyone can afford extensive diagnostics and treatment. We aim to offer the best care available while also working within the client’s budget.
We continually work to improve our clinic culture. Veterinary medicine is a demanding field. People’s passion for helping animals should not be hindered by poor working conditions. We work to continually improve our communication and deal with problems as they arise. As a result, great team members stay and we are proud to say we are currently fully staffed. Any fresh graduate who joins us will have support not only from two experienced vets but also top notch technicians who care about your professional growth.
We offer a wide range of benefits including health, dental, PTO, CE, IRA match.
DVM and a Wisconsin veterinary license. New grads welcome. Must be interested in practicing a spectrum of care and promoting a positive work environment.
