Key Accountabilities

• Provide consistent, high-quality care and exceptional service to ensure the well-being of the hospital environment, medical quality, and business performance of the hospital.
• Partner with the Principal Doctor to establish development plans to meet hospital goals
• Be an effective communicator with the veterinary team, management, and clients.
• Practice veterinary medicine in a manner compliant with the State Veterinary Practice Act, Federal and/or State Controlled Substance laws, and WellHaven Code of Ethics, along with appropriate medical record documentation
• Ensure complete medical records that meet practice quality control guidelines.
• Proficient in anesthesia, surgery, dentistry, and current medical practices
• Advocate for exceptional client service and patient well-being
• Adhere to OSHA standards and regulations as outlined by WellHaven Pet Heath company policies
