The position we are offering is a 1-year associate position ideal for a veterinarian seeking to gain experience in equine ambulatory sports medicine. Associate will rotate between working with other clinicians and working up cases on their own. Candidate will be responsible for commitment to continuing education through this position. The goal of this position is to continue to develop clinical skills in diagnosing and treating lameness, rehabilitating injuries, and managing performance in the equine athlete. The caseload is a mix of racehorses and English performance horses mostly in the sport of eventing but also including dressage and hunter/jumpers.
