We offer the opportunity for equine-focused students to experience working in a  busy private equine practice with medical, surgical, and ambulatory services. We also hope to evaluate potential intern candidates. Our externship program officially began in 2003. We have had veterinary students come to visit our Salinas location from forty different schools across the United States and thirteen other countries. We are a private equine hospital in Salinas, California with an additional northern hospital on the San Francisco Peninsula (based out of Menlo Park, CA).
