The Department of Clinical Sciences in Cummings School of Veterinary Medicine at Tufts University invites applications for a full-time faculty appointment in small animal internal medicine (SAIM) at the assistant professor level in the clinical or unmodified track, depending on the interests and strengths of the applicant.  The successful applicant will be responsible for teaching and supervising veterinary students and house officers; providing advanced referral and specialty medical care; and engaging in research.  In addition to clinical rotation teaching, formal instruction in the DVM program and for house officers is expected and there are opportunities for pedagogical innovation and leadership associated with the current curriculum revision.
