We are looking for a veterinarian who is passionate, dedicated, motivated, and ready to be part of a close knit team of supportive coworkers. At least one year of veterinary experience is required but we are happy to meet you where you are and help build your skills.
Fear Free is a vital part of how we practice and you will find the FAS of our patients AND our staff is much lower than it is in other clinics ;)
Our clinic is a general practice that focuses on providing comprehensive care to our established clients. This means we see a wide range of cases from your standard wellness/ vaccine appointments to same day- urgent care appointments (for our established clients) and everything in between.
We have a very high standard of care and its an important part of our work culture to give the best care to our patients as possible. Much of this high standard of care manifests in the high compliance from clients of recommendations given by our doctors including diagnostics and treatments. We perform soft tissue surgeries ranging from the routine spay or neuter or mass removal to the occasional splenectomy or enterotomy, etc.
We do not have overnight hours or care, so any animals in need of overnight care are transferred to a nearby ER
We believe that dental health is an important part of a patient's overall health and therefore recommend and perform several dental procedures every week.
We also believe in care for our staff. We work hard to maintain a positive, respectful work culture and one where we feel comfortable with eachother and have a lot of fun.
Please only apply if you are willing to leave all drama and negativity behind and come to work ready to truly be a team player and have a great time joking around at work and encouraging your coworkers through the good days and the rough ones too.
At least one year of clinical veterinary experience
