ReadiVet is an in-home veterinary service provider focused on providing the best possible work environment for our veterinarians and team members. This is the commitment we have made since day one and is engrained in the way we have structured our business. 4-day work schedules, no weekends, no late nights, and appropriate boundaries with clients are just a few of the things that differentiate ReadiVet from a traditional brick-and-mortar practice.

We know traditional vet clinics can be stressful and often times feel like patients are being shuffled in and out without the opportunity to engage in a meaningful way. Here at ReadiVet, our veterinarians spend up to 45 minutes with each patient in the comfort of the client's own home.

Our vision is to provide an exceptional working environment for our veterinary partners and employees, and deliver a level of convenience and service so incomparable that our customers become our greatest advocates.

Applicants must meet the following criteria

• Must have at least 1 year of small animal veterinary experience
• Must have a valid Tennessee veterinary license
• Must hold a valid DEA license
• Must have an incredible bedside manner and excellent communication skills
• Must be able to quickly make independent decisions
• Must be flexible and be a team player
• Must be able to lift and carry 50lbs
• Must be punctual and able to stay on schedule
