Cornell University Veterinary Specialists (CUVS) is seeking a Hospital Administrator. The Hospital Administrator (HA) is a mission-critical senior leadership position. Reporting directly to the President/Chief Medical Officer (CMO), the HA is responsible for the overall operational, administrative and non-medical management of the hospital and is actively involved in overall CUVS strategy. The HA has responsibility for the fiscal performance of the hospital, supervises and mentors directors and managers and, together with the President/CMO, owns the maintenance of a positive, engaged and high performing culture.
