Join the growing team at Norwell Veterinary Hospital in Norwell, Massachusetts as our next Part-Time, Exotics/Associate Veterinarian. Our staff thrives in the hospital’s supportive and encouraging environment, we are a bustling practice but continue to laugh throughout the day. We fully renovated our facility and have added new equipment! We boast two separate surgery suite, a third dental suite, an ultrasound room, as well as a new urgent care service to supplement our community's current unmet needs. We offer small animal and exotic medicine, laser therapy, acupuncture, and urgent care. We also have strong relationships and regular in-house visits from partnered a ultrasonographer, cardiologist, and boarded surgeon.
Our doctors are supported by a staff that includes four CVTs. Each doctor has their own technician per shift as well as a triage tech, inpatient technician, outpatient technician and "float" to help with tasks in the treatment room. Each surgeon has two dedicated technicians. A boarded cardiologist and surgeon are scheduled regularly to help us push our quality of medicine to the max and provide our patients with the best care possible.
New grads and experienced vets are encouraged to apply. There are no after hours or overnights required. Our hospital is open six days a week and we are very flexible on veterinarian schedules. We do not provide boarding as a service at our facility.
Norwell is just 25 miles south of Boston and close to the coast. The area has many highly rated school systems and a mix of antique homes and newly developed neighborhoods. With beaches on our doorstep as well as hiking trails and ponds Norwell is a desirable town to work and live in.
