Carver Lake Veterinary Center is eager to welcome an Associate DVM to our growing, Woodbury team. We are an AAHA-Accredited clinic with great roots in the community, serving the area for over 25 years!
This is a full-time role with flexible, Monday-Friday scheduling. Saturday availability is a plus (we’re open Saturdays from 8am-noon).
Experience and typical workflow:
This is an excellent opportunity for a companion animal veterinarian who has strong communication skills, and a compassionate and collaborative nature. Top priority will be given to experienced veterinarians, however, we’re also open to new graduates. Prior experience working with exotics is a plus, but not required.
Our DVM team is incredibly collaborative and enjoys putting their heads together to discuss cases. We typically have surgeries Monday-Friday, with two doctors also seeing appointments throughout the day. Our most common procedures are spays, neuters, mass removals, and dentistry (up to two dentals/day). We also host board certified surgeons for more complex surgeries each month. On Saturdays we have two doctors running appointments from 8am-noon.
