Ideal Qualifications:

• Licensed Texas State Veterinarian (active and clear)
• 3-5 years of veterinary experience; leadership experience is a plus
• Skills in General Practice, soft tissue surgery, and/or orthopedic surgery
• High clinical standards with a commitment to compassionate, exceptional care
• Dedication to building a progressive, positive practice culture
• Excellent communication skills, energetic, organized, and outgoing
• Enthusiastic about mentoring and teaching leadership skills to staff
