VCA St. Clair Shores Animal Hospital located in St. Clair Shores, Michigan is looking for an Associate Veterinarian who enjoys practicing advanced medicine with a cohesive, tenured team. 

We are looking for a full-time veterinarian to join our family. Our amazing 4 doctor team features a large support staff (8 Licensed Technicians and counting) that works together in an inclusive fashion that is unparalleled. We are open 6 days per week, Saturdays are a half day and are on a rotation and are closed on Sundays and all major holidays.

Being a VCA Animal Hospital, we provide high quality medicine and maintain hometown care.  Utilizing digital radiography and ultrasound as well as digital dental radiology we are able to treat patient with high level medicine following AHAA standards and guidelines, all while providing mentorship for new graduates and experienced doctors alike. Employee engagement is top priority for us at VCA St. Clair Shores. We strive to utilize all of or talent to the top of their skillset, which supports our doctors in providing high quality medicine.  We feature a “come in now” approach to care, which has allowed us to bond with our community and have been a fixture in St. Clair Shores for nearly 40 years.

VCA St. Clair Shores is located on a high traffic intersection at the corner of 10 Mile Road and Harper Avenue. We are approximately 13 miles northeast of downtown Detroit. St Clair Shores is a suburban city in Macomb County that borders Lake St. Clair. St. Clair Shores is home of the “Nautical Mile” which spans along Jefferson Avenue waterfront, this stretch includes several restaurants, marinas and apartment complexes.
