Our beautiful, new, 6000 sq ft state-of-the-art facility in Oro Valley, AZ is looking for another skilled Veterinarian to grow our team. The Bailey Vet is privately owned and practices fear-free handling techniques. We prioritize a fun work culture and offer very competitive pay to support those who make it all happen for our patients and clients. That’s you! Our team provides gold-standard conventional and integrative medicine including all aspects of general practice, surgery, and rehabilitation. Work-life balance is ideal here as we are closed for weekends, no on call or after hours shifts, and the schedule for each Vet is 4 weekdays with appointments 8-5.

As the Veterinarian, you are the key to our client-patient centered practice. Our goal is to be the Vet for each pet for life, and building a relationship with the pets and families builds this foundation for lifetime care. You will utilize your in-depth medical knowledge and your highly developed organizational skills to manage and direct your appointment flow in the practice with your 2-3 designated techs each day, complete your daily callbacks and lab work, and complete medical records. Structured mentoring and training is available for young Vets, and we enjoy collaborating on cases! Dr. Jobe is our certified rehab Vet, and she manages the physical therapy cases including acupuncture, class 4 laser, and underwater treadmill that are performed in our rehab wing of the hospital. We are excited to help you learn and grow in your career and would facilitate learning in these areas if you’re interested but this is not required. Certification in these areas is encouraged.
