About this role
What You’ll Do: You will be involved in everything from providing care for our clients and their pets, to contributing your own thoughts on ways to improve how we deliver our best care and service to the families in our community each and every day. You will help us improve and continue to grow as a team of caring veterinary professionals who work to exceed the expectations of our clients, provide exceptional care for our patients, and build a team that has fun, supports each other, and learns together.

The Ideal Candidate…
- Will have 3-5+ years of experience
- Strong communication and client education capacity
- Integrative veterinary experience, or willingness to learn
- Strong surgical and dental experience
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively on cases
- Proficiency with electronic medical records
- Business and leadership skills or interest in developing these skills
Our location
Harmony Veterinary Center is located in beautiful Northwest Arvada, CO, which is about halfway between Denver and Boulder at the base of the foothills. Access to skiing or hiking from Arvada is easy, and the Colorado active lifestyle just steps away. We are surrounded by beautiful views, open spaces, dog parks, and eloquently developed neighborhoods, all at the base of the Rocky Mountains. While we are a 13-year-old business, our current building was built in 2020 and provides you with six exam rooms, surgery, dentistry, treatment areas, and a small rehabilitation area, all within a medical professional center.
Our offer
We offer an excellent experience-based compensation: Salary + Production - Salary range $95,000-130,000 + Production + wide range of attractive benefits, state of the art facility and AAHA hospital certification. Candidate must currently have the right to work in USA.
