A DVM opportunity to join a team whose case load spans from small animal urgent care and advanced soft tissue surgery, avian and exotics medicine and surgery to mobile large animal services.

We are a team of 7 supportive, collaborative and mentor oriented recent grad DVMs (2012-2023) seeking new teammates as we continue to grow and expand our services.  
Our hospital has low employee turnover with many skilled technicians, assistants and customer service representatives supporting our daily schedule. Many staffers who have moved on from our team for one reason or another still bring their pets to us for care as a result of our efforts to treat others as we would want to be treated outlook.  

We work alongside several large rescue groups to improve the lives of the less fortunate animal of our community. Our team enjoys giving back through engagement with youth interested in agriculture and career aspirations within our profession.

Pay is straight salary starting at $115K for a new graduate and builds from there based on years of experience, annual production and management responsibilities. We are open to discussing a dollar figure and structure that you are looking for.  

Doctors work an alternating 4-4.5 day week at ~30-36 hours respectively with regular 3 day long weekends built into the schedule.  

We have a brand new staff lounge and training area and are excited as we complete our 4500sqft expansion.  

Graduate of AVMA accredited school of veterinary medicine, Full DVM licensure in Texas, USDA Level II Accreditation, eligible for full DEA licensure.
